Consulting - from the beginning

We look after the conception of your project during the consulting stage and create an impression due to the market analysis, which investigations in the specific areas are forward-looking. In addition we create a lay-out plans and development plans and prepare the tender documents.

Project development - gradually to the goal

For a successful, future-oriented project, you need an effective idea, an ideal location and asset. Most of the time, one of the three factors are available at the beginning. Finding the additional parts, that is our job!

 We undertake the production site analysis for you and examine risks and opportunities. We focus on the following questions: What does the economic basic conditions look like? What utilization concepts can be realized on the available space? How can the highest quality be guaranteed anytimes with the latest standards?

In very close agreement with planners, councils, investors and owners, we develop tailored and innovative solutions and therewith construction projects, that can be used sustainably and which are useful for the general public.

In this way, we guarantee project construction with a secure value and create the best possible market safety.

Implementation - turnkey and in best quality

We undertake the project management during the entire project and act, for example, as the principal or investor for the entire project. In doing so, we keep an eye on appointments and costs, ensure the necessary highest quality and control and document all processes from planning to the groundbreaking ceremony to turnkey handover.

Afterwards, we merchandise and sell apartment buildings, condominiums and commercial proberties and ensure a smooth fulfilment of the contract.
